An experiment with nashi. It is a kind of pear with yellow skin, sweet and juicy with sandpaper-like creamy flesh inside. Perhaps there are many other varieties of nashi, these yellow-skin ones are the ones growing in our orchard, besides packhams, williams and borsch.
